ISTRA - Istrian IT Cluster was founded
in November 2007.
The initiative of the Istra Development Agency at the University
of Juraj Dobrila, Pula and six entrepreneurs to form ITC Istra
resulted from the need to find a solution for overcoming barriers
of corporate entities which, directly or indirectly, work
in the information technology sector of Istria and Croatia.
The main aim of the ITC Istra is to promote, develop and
improve information and communication technologies of information
companies of the Istarska County as well as to protect local
technologies and expertise.
