TIS.kis is the leading company in the region specialising in the development, implementation and maintenance of Multimedia Database Transport and Management Systems used in wireless telecommunication networks.

The contracts include a number of personalised platforms for integrating operator infrastructure with independent Value Added Service Providers (VASP) based on MultiMedia Messaging (MMS) transport and charge.

The company's core business is oriented towards developing individual solutions and investing in partnership development with international companies in the region based on channel sales and telecommunication system integration solutions.

In order to provide a quality service, TIS.kis has organised and set up a highly efficient customer support service. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 30 minute maximum response time.

This specialised business policy has allowed the company to achieve a high standard of effectiveness, as well as the capacity to develop and implement the most complicated telecommunication systems. TIS.kis now has a reference list few companies with a similar profile can boast about.

One of the company's more noteworthy achievements was the implementation of a personal MMC (MultiMedia Centre) 5 years ago in Simobil, followed by last year's implementation of the same centre in VIPmobile in Serbia. The projects have placed TIS.kis among the small number of exceptional MMC producers with a reference in the region.

Since then, almost all operators in the region have implemented the company's MGw (Messaging Gateway) for connecting Value Added Service Providers using the ParlayX Protocol.

Furthermore, TIS.kis is one of a few companies in the region with extensive experience in applying the MAP (SS7) Protocol for SMS transport without using SMS operator centres.

It is also important to note that the company has successfully implemented a Central Number Portability Database in the Croatian Telecommunications Agency. The project, aimed at organising a Central Number Portability Database, is a rare example of success. The System has been running for over 2 years - its main function to coordinate number transport for more than 10 wireless and fixed telecommunication operators.

In order to capitalise the know-how and experience of their experts, TIS.kis has initiated a Hands On training project - TIS Knowledge Centre - dealing with areas such as multimedia telecommunication solutions programme development.
