Our products arise from the field of knowledge management
(KMS), business process management (BPM) and enterprise resource
management (ERP). Our activities in the field of telecommunication,
traffic and public administration are based on global methodologies
adjusted to the working conditions and business requirements
of our clients.
SRMA
The platform SRMA makes it possible for companies to build
up strategy implementation systems: the business process management
system (BPMS), the knowledge management system (KMS) and the
system for the management of complex programmes and projects
(PMO).
All three systems are mutually linked by unique learning processes,
innovation management and virtual organizations. The User-Helpdesk,
the change management concept (CM) and the improvement of
business processes and customer care methodologies back up
the customer contact and support deliveries. The platform
contains all the knowledge and architectures required for
a company to subordinate its bearing to its business strategies,
to continuously supervise the course of business by means
of BAM consoles and to ensure complete monitoring of business
performances, from the manager to every single employee (CPM).
SRMA is a management solution for the implementation of strategic
initiatives and of the overall company strategy. It supports
the growth of a company's potential, the acceleration of business
processes and cost reduction (primarily of working costs).
SPIN@
The Procurement Planning System is a web-application
which enables its users to create requirement plans for goods
and services, that is, to express their demands for budget
funds. After the state budget is passed for its beneficiaries,
that is, after a new business plan is issued for other beneficiaries
of the Public Supply Act (Official Gazette No. 110 from 25.10.2007),
SPIN@ makes it possible to develop a procurement plan and,
in accordance with it, to register all procurement types,
offers and contracts, order sheets and to monitor the execution
of the procurement plan.
e-INSPEKTOR
e-Inspektor is a complex system which fully supports the activities
of the inspection services and is aligned with EU-regulations
(harmonigram of the harmonization between EU-regulations and
the Croatian legislation). The main purpose of e-Inspektor
is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the inspection
services' activities and to coordinate the tasks of the inspection
services within the state administration.
