| High-security printing program
Comprises the production of Croatian documents like: passports,
ID cards, visas... AKD developed a pilot-project for
diplomatic and official passports and thus provides
documents that meet the electronic authentication requirements
of passports pursuant to the Directives of the European Council.
Production of smartcards
A new type of product within AKD's product range. This production
program, as the continuation of our business practices of
keeping up with the latest technologies, makes AKD
unique as a company that owns an entire smartcard
production line: from the pre-press phase to the
individualisation of smartcards, as well as the consulting
services in the field of smartcard technology and RFID technology.
Commercial-security printing program
Meant for the wide market whose main purpose is to prevent
widespread counterfeiting attempts and great losses caused
by counterfeiting. AKD sees its role in this area in the implementation
of the security features so that the end user may easily distinguish
authentic products from counterfeited ones. The products in
question are made of special type of paper, printed with special
security inks and graphic techniques that may contain optically
variable devices.
Commercial program
Includes quality printing of monographs, books, textbooks,
brochures, calendars, maps, posters, leaflets, magazines and
comic books.
