TIS.kis is a Croatian based company specialising in the development, implementation and maintenance of core messaging platforms, multimedia VAS systems, interactive services and wireless marketing solutions.

Smartway is the innovative consultancy and technology function of TIS.kis which specialises in helping companies manage and develop direct, interactive relationships with their customers using mobile and internet channels. By utilising the Mobile Gateway developed by TIS.kis it enables direct communication to end users.

Mobile Gateway enables sending and receiving of SMS, MMS, WAP PUSH and LBS messages through the networks of all GSM operators in the Adriatic region.

Besides Mobile Gateway, Smartway ensures full administrative support and negotiations with all GSM operators in the region, supporting its effects with a flexible contact centre for inbound and outbound support calls and marketing campaigns.

Smartway services allows marketing, media and entertainment professionals and business and public sector professionals to create, maintain, segment, target and profit from interactivity.

MCM - Mobile Campaign Manager

MCM is a programming system intended for visually creating and monitoring mobile marketing campaigns.
The mobile marketing campaigns created with the MCM system are based on the exchange of multimedia content via SMS, MMS and WAP Push messages with the user.
The system is intended for marketing agencies, corporations or content providers aiming to enhance their relationships with end-users by offering them the possibility of private (personalised) interaction via mobile phones.

The functionality of created campaigns ranges from simple to highly complex and includes basic and time-predefined value-added content delivery (e.g. credit points on a loyalty card) or multimedia content delivery upon the user's request via SMS, as well as highly complex games and quizzes.

The system has been developed using client-server technology and .NET environment. This concept provides strength in the execution of defined campaigns (services) and the possibility of connecting a pre-selected number of clients intended for the operation of agents (administrators, content editors, and statistical analysts).
The system is implemented in a corporate environment using permanent Internet connection and, via the Internet, web services (ParlayX) are used for connecting to the ParlayX of the con operator or a mobile gateway (ParlayX server) in the TIS.kis data center connected to all operators in the Adriatic region.

MG - Mobile Gateway

Mobile gateway is a service based on the mGw (message gateway) system implemented in the TIS.kis data center.

MG enables the connection of corporate ParlayX-based applications to all operators in the Adriatic region. With such connections corporations gain the possibility of direct interaction with end-users - mobile phone users regardless of their GSM network.

Even though ParlayX is a public protocol, TIS.kis guarantees provides its own, free of charge SDK (bibliotheca) for the integration of corporate applications and mGw systems in the TIS.kis data centre.

Through the scope of MG service web simulators for sending SMS and MMS messages are provided in addition to web message previewers, which are forwarded to mGw by corporate applications, enabling easier connecting and testing of connected applications prior to the initiation of production operations.

MG also offers full support at negotiating services with operators and solves all administrative works and billing a single point of contact.

Within MG service it is also possible to use the phone, e-mail and web contact centre support intended for end users of a specific corporate service.

Hypertag

Hypertag is a new way of allowing people to access relevant information and content on a mobile phone or PDA (e.g. Palm Pilots or Pocket PCs) directly from objects such as advertising panels, marketing or exhibition displays.

Consumers use their mobile device to interact with a small electronic tag attached to the display to download content. This could be any form of digital content including videos, music, vouchers, a prompt for an important event, games, live information or contact information.

OUT-OF-HOME ADVERTISING

Using Bluetooth and infra-red technology Hypertag offers a range of solutions for the advertising market. This includes outdoor poster advertising, promotional events and experiential marketing. Hypertag allows brands to improve their return on investment in advertising by offering a system which generates and measures positive brand interactions.
