This expertise is concentrated in two quite different, but for the financial industry very important IT technology fields - Call/Contact Centers and Authentication Solutions. Logos's LIVE (Logos Interactive Voice Engine) Call/Contact Center solution, based on VoIP technology, is the widely implemented Call/Contact Center platform in Croatian financial industry, while SxS Server and PKI VAS, token- and PKI/smartcard-based authentication solutions are de-facto standard authentication solutions for retail and corporate e-banking, respectively. Further, following the EMV chip migration projects, and in compliance with MasterCard CAP and Visa DPA specifications, Logos developed a new authentication solution - SxS/CAP Server. Today, SxS/CAP is one of only few CAP/DPA authentication solutions available in the world market with the proven implementation reference, enabling the use EMV chip cards for authentication purposes.

Today there are more then 22.000 corporate and more the 350.000 retail clients using Logos' token-based authentication solutions in the different Internet banking services, and more then 80.000 employees in more then 22.000 companies using smartcard-based Digital Signature solutions. And, after successfully completing CAP evaluation, Logos has become an official vendor for the MasterCard's OneSMART EMV CAP authentication solutions.
