Debt Collection Management - an application solution that ensures unique application support through all debt collection phases. The purpose of this solution is to accelerate document processing (debt collection), and reduce costs related to document processing. Relationship Management System - an application solution intended for improvements in quality client relationships. This solution enables strategic sales planning and monitoring of accomplished results in relation to planned results. Sales campaigns with special prices are planned individually for each client on the basis of the clients profitability. Central Consumer Right Protection System - enables the monitoring of consumer requests and provides the necessary information to all users who participate in the consumer protection process. End-users can report violations of consumer rights over the Internet, whilst having an ongoing insight into the problem solving process. The system is designed on the basis of EU legislation.
IP Call Center (IPCC) - represents a new generation of solutions in the field of processing customer requests. Integrating speech and data technologies, IPCC integrates different types of customer access: speech, web, e-mail, SMS and fax access. Utilising multi-service IP networks, it is possible to improve existing services whilst developing new services and applications, and to personalise service based on data and history of contacts for every client, thus increasing customer satisfaction and agent productivity.
IP Centrex - is a solution that enables the outsourcing of communication services for business users as an alternative to their internal communications system. Integration with mail and other collaboration systems gives a new dimension to business information exchange.
